Access to an outdoor unit is easy, enter your personal security code at the keypad then you can just drive up to your unit during regular business hours. When accessing an indoor unit tenants are required to enter their personal security code either at the keypad located at the gate or at the entrance door to the facility before entering the locker area. If your unit is on any floor other than the main floor you must also enter your code on the elevator keypad. The elevator will then travel to your floor only! Security for you and your goods is a top priority at Trans Canada Self Storage.

For security reasons the facility is enclosed by a fence and controlled access gate system. The gate is unlocked during office hours each morning, and locked again at closing making access outside of office hours possible only by entering your personal code at the keypad. Access hours to outdoor lockers are the same as for indoor units.
